There’s a Gray Seal in Brixham Harbour which has simply caught what seems like a Conger Eel.

It’s entertaining to look at the seal coming up and down because it rigorously peels the pores and skin again off the fish and eats the flesh.

The care it takes to do it cleanly and totally can be admired by any chef. Particularly because it’s utilizing its enamel.
