The fish that holds Wyoming’s golden trout report is greater than twice the dimensions that species sometimes grows to and didn’t include images or written documentation. As of now, the 75-year-old report rests solely on a lifeless man’s phrase.
On its fish information net web page, Sport and Fish lists the report for golden trout as an 11-pound, 4-ounce fish caught in 1948 by C.S. Reed from Prepare dinner Lake in Sublette County.
